Installing your eSIM is straightforward. After purchase, you'll receive a QR code via email. Go to your device's settings, find 'Cellular' or 'Mobile Data', then 'Add Cellular Plan' (or similar wording depending on your device). Scan the QR code, follow the on-screen prompts, and activate your new plan. Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection during activation.
Most newer smartphone models, including recent iPhones (XR, XS, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 series), Google Pixel phones (3 and later), and select Samsung Galaxy models (S20, S21, S22, S23, Fold, Flip series), support eSIM. Please check your device's specifications or contact our support team if you are unsure.
First, ensure cellular data is enabled for your eSIM profile and data roaming is turned on if you're traveling. Try restarting your device. Check if your device's APN settings are correct (usually set automatically, but sometimes manual input is needed). If the issue persists, try manually selecting a network operator from your phone's settings. If all else fails, contact our support team.
Verify that you have data allowance remaining on your eSIM plan. Make sure mobile data is enabled for the correct eSIM profile and that data roaming is active if you are abroad. Check the APN settings (Access Point Name) on your device against the details provided with your eSIM. A device restart can often resolve minor connectivity glitches.
